Realization @ 1 am

There we were, my roommate and I watching T.V. around midnight on friday. "I'm hungry" she says. Next thing we know, we're eating breadsticks from PaPa Johns. They were delicious. I then realize, in a little less than 3 months, I'm going to be in my wedding dress. That's alright, it's pretty poofy. Well, then I come to the thought, I will be on my honeymoon, in Mexico, wearing a swimsuit. So after church today, I make a pact with my roomie to not order anymore pizza or breadsticks, for us not to have chocolate (including oreos! :( ) in the apartment anymore. And we are going to run together at least twice a week. (Don't worry that's not my only exercise, I'm actually taking three PE courses at school!) So, here's a post to make my mom, and probably nicole proud. These are my new snacks. You can see how much I'm enjoying the carrot stick. Wish me luck...I'm gonna need it!

Brad Paisley Concert!

Alright, this was hands down the BEST concert I've ever been to (and I mean it was amazing, my last concert was Hannah Montana..!) Chuck Wicks opened first (Stealing Cinderella) and then Rodney Adkins (If you're going thru heck.....I've been watching you) played right before Brad actually came out. The concert started at 7:30, and it was after 10 by the time Brad finally came on. It was worth the wait though! He is great on radio, but is AMAZING in person, and I was shocked at how well he plays the guitar! One of the best nights of my life for sure, and I only had to sacrifice my voice, I'm sure it will be leaving me soon from all the screaming! I really loved this concert! (as a side note, I always think of Anna when I say I love or I don't love something, she is so cute!)

You know what Moms are good for?

Absolutely everything.

Today I wasn't having the best of days (I had to go to class). And when I got home I had a package from my mom. I knew she sent out my cowboy hat to wear to a concert I'm going to next week, but when I opened it, there was much more than I expected. She had sent me a valentines card with a gift card to a restaurant, and the cutest picture frame with my favorite engagement picture in it. Yesterday I also got a letter from her because she had to over-night my social security card to me (I don't keep things of that importance because I might lose them!). I needed to show it to HR for my new job. In that card I got another unexpected surprise of a little extra cash, which is always needed! She does so much for me it's pretty ridiculous, and I am so grateful for her. She's the most beautiful person I know, inside and out.
